    I would file a complaint against him. You could even go on Xbox Support and report him from there. I also recommend you change your password to a strong one afterwards.

    You would need to file a complaint via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate her. They do not take complaints via the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    You would also need to contact your ISP since the attack would be done through your internet and not the Live service.
