[Mod removed] Gamer harrasing on Forza Motorsport 4 - Microsoft not keeping community safe

To bad the enforcement team do not use the forums. It seems nobody is doing anything. Enforcement team and Forza Support tell to report the gamer but after two years of reporting it seems they don't give a s... about a safe environment for games, which

This gamer is reported for over two years, in-game and to Microsoft. A friend of me emailed to Turn 10 and Forza Support several times about this gamer without result. Gamer also uses other accounts to bully others. Also contacted Microsoft support, they
tell to report at Forza Support. Reply Forza Support;

How did you report that livery?

Did you use email, Twitter or the Turn 10 support website to report that?

If so, that's the wrong method.

As others already said, you need to use the console's internal reporting features. Only those reports will go into the Enforcement Teams reporting system that they use to manage your reports and suspend people.

Posting pictures with offensive language or calling out gamertags is against forum rule but is allowed on Microsoft games. Pushed around in circles by Turn 10, Forza Support and Microsoft makes a gamer do anything to be heard.

There's nothing that anyone on the forums can do. The enforcement team do not use the forums. Support also has no jurisdiction over Enforcement issues and can not help.

Many game developers stop support for legacy games, it is unfortunate.

All you can do is report the gamertag if you believe they are cheating.
