    want no ongoing fees as discussed with your support people. but want to be able to use current fifa ultimate team against computer.

    account currently suspended. so cannot currently gain access to ultimate team at all. will not set up any further payment details that allow amounts to be taken from our accounts without our prior permission immediately prior to any amount taken from our
    accounts.

    You can cancel it but once you do that you wont be able to go on live again until you purchase another month/year membership of xbox live again!

    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription    . From the contact us page, use the Call Support option. You cannot cancel your account through chat or email!

    Not sure why you've posted here.You need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

    If you have an outstanding balance then you will have to pay that off.

    You can't post reference numbers on the forums,they are only for phone/chat support.

    So because I opted in for the Gamepass Ultimate for a dollar, then i decide to cancel it, they take away my already paid for gold membership that still has 4+ months already paid for?? Thats a bunch of [mod removed]!

    Yes I am understanding that i didnt just turn off auto renewal but that shouldnt give them an excuse to cancel a membership I have already paid for.

    Gold membership is cancelled after upgrading to ultimate membership and cancelling my ultimate membership subscription.

    Gold membership upgrade ultimate membership is Microsoft automatically for users to upgrade, and did not give us the right to choose, that is, if you have a gold membership, you then open the ultimate membership, you have to pay the ultimate membership fee, if you unsubscribe, it will be the same as me, all the members are cancelled, is this mandatory consumption?

    In the moment you convert your membership to ultimate your gold membership is included in that conversion, so if you cancel your ultimate membership you terminate your gold membership as well. In that case you should purchase xbox gold membership again.
