[Mod Removed] are Bots and they are making a bad situation worse

Its obvious the three of you are acting like forum members to seem "helpful". But in fact what you are doing is frustrating people looking for much needed help to a problem that many loyal Xbox owners are having.

The April update obviously has flaws that has ruined consoles.

Pretending to be helpful until people give in to your request to "send it in for repairs" is ***.

Instead of pressing that little button that repeats the same phrase your bosses wants you to feed us, you need to contact someone, and by someone I mean an actual human, and report how many consoles are being destroyed by this mandatory update.

Enough is enough. If you spend so much time here then you are aware of how many people need actual help. Make it happen.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet...?

On Saturday I bought Forza Horizon 2 and put my Xbox online for the first time in ages.

It prompted me to download the update. After doing so it stood stuck on the "applying update" screen for over an hour. So I went to work and left the system running. When I got home and turned it on, the system was stuck on the green loading screen.

Sunday morning I googled Everything in the world and figured out the steps for USB diagnosistic tool.

I tried them all perfectly and they all stopped on the same spot: the "Applying Update" screen.

So I decided to just factory reset the whole system. Guess what? That doesn't work either.

Called customer service and they told me it was faulty hardware. But its not. It was the update.

On Friday night alone I played Devil May Cry and Mortal Kombat X all night perfectly.

On Saturday afternoon I played Forza for two whole hours with absolutely no problems until I tried to go online to buy a car pack and was prompted to update.

This is crap. With everything I've been reading online, it really does seem like Microsoft is extorting us.

And is anyone even monitoring these forums. It seems like they just press a button and give everyone the same response
[Mod Removed] just like customer service reads off the script. Everytime i call, someone new tells me the EXACT same line: " I understand how you are feeling. I too feel frustrated when this happens. Lets see what we can do to help:... you
know what would help? stop repeating the same lines. Let me speak to someone in charge who knows what they are talking about. Because as much as anyone wants me to believe that i broke my own Xbox One, i didn't. All i did was apply a mandatory update
that i was forced to download. This isn't good business, and i wholeheartedly wish i would have purchased a Playstation 4 when i had the chance.

This really can't all be coincidence can it?

We need to just face it. Microsoft isnt gonna help. Ill be honest with you fellas... I wont buy another xbox product. Im just gonna save up for a Playstation. They win this round I guess.

Thank you as my console updated last night and now nothing works from achievements to friends to leader boards and cant post activity's. what the hell and we keep getting hard reset the console LOL that's the first thing people do what the hell my ps4 has
not had 1 interface issue my x1 it has them daily and we pay for this .
