    Mobile Xbox app


    The mobile Xbox app isn’t allowing me to upload custom gamer pictures even though I did about a week ago..Also I checked with the support and I was told there’s no suspension or anything like that so why i can’t I upload custom gamer pictures? The enforcement
    team message pops up when I try to change it.. please remove the block I have thank you.. my gamer tag is

    This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!

    If you refer to the xbox mobile app on your mobile, try logging out and logging in again, and also uninstall and install the app.

    Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox app on mobile.

    I recommend to try:

    • uninstall app
    • updating the Mobile device
    • review the system requirements in the mobile store for the app
