1. In a browser, go to
   My Account.
2. If needed, sign in to the Microsoft account you want to change.
3. Select Payment & billing, and then select Payment options.
   
4. Select Add a payment option, and then follow the steps to set up your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account and Mobile Phone
   (Which is available only in certain regions)
