    Mobile hotspot wont work on Xbox360


    Hello, I am trying to connect my Xbox360 to my mobile hotspot and no matter what I do i cannot get the Internwt section to connect. Please help me with this problem.

    My Xbox won't show my Dns and cuz of that It won't let me connect to my hotspot. If this isn't fixed I will not be able to play or download I can't even sign into my account.

    XBOX 360 Not connecting to wifi

    I also have tried using my mobile hotspot and it wont even connect using my mobile hotspot. I have 2 different XBOX 360s and neither one will connect that way. It will work if I hardwire it.

    Hi James,

    Unfortunately, mobile hotspots are not designed to be fully compatible with the console and may not work at all times. Is there anything else running off of your hotspot?

    You can try resetting the hotspot or creating a new one on the phone but there is never a guarantee that a mobile hotspot will work with an Xbox One console.
