Mobile data on xbox one x

On my xbox I have mobile data ,unlimited data ,and it was working perfectly fine yesterday but all of the sudden it stopped working and when I try to reconnect it says "cant connect to the internet,if you have a PC connect it on there.you may have to ask
internet service provider.

How do I fix this problem I've reset my xbox I've done everything?

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. In this case, you can try restarting your mobile hotspot to see if this helps resolve the issue.

If that doesn't help, try resetting the Alternate Mac Address on your Xbox one. Go into your Xbox settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac address > Clear > Restart

After the restart, try connecting to your hotspot again. Let us know the results!

Xbox one series x can log into both websites on pc but not on mobile or console

If you have a mobile data on your phone, kindly open the mobile hotspot and then go to your Xbox to connect.

If you don't have an Xbox console (Xbox One/Series X|S) then your only option is to use the app on mobile.

For us to isolate your case, can you share the game that you're referring to? Do you have a different internet connection that you can use to test? If none, you may use your mobile phone's data as a mobile hotspot then connect your console.
