Mobile cloud gaming keyboard trouble

Kindly clear the cache of the app and then restart your device before trying again.

"Settings > Apps, select the Xbox Game Pass app, then select Storage > Clear cache"

This did not work I cannot even play this game because I cannot insert any text it also doesn't work on pillars of eternity like I feel like I've wasted a lot of my money on game pass to not even be able to play half of the games because I can't insert the text I can't play Mass effect this is crazy

The mobile game is great games, but I Think with this game is to run in Mobile System but many players is using PC with Keyboard and Mouse so that is a bad experience to the mobile players in mobile system
