    Why can i charge my phone bill to purchase games and apps but not a month of xbox live? I currently cannot go to the store to purchase a live card and unfortunately i do not have a credit card. I really dont understand why i can purchase games but not a
    live membership.

    Hello, I just wonder if it is possible to pay a pack call of duty black ops 2 via my mobile, because the subscription continues to remove my account unless I use my package, so I'd spend it ^^'

    Not all mobile providers are partnered with Microsoft as approved providers for this special type of payment method.

    Take a look at this article for all of the approved operators for different regions and how to add the payment option to your account:

    I recommend removing and re-adding this payment method and if it is still not working I would recommend to contact your mobile operator and ask if they are partnered for this payment method.
