MLB.tv app turns on closed captioning upon launch

I have the system setting turned off under Display -> Closed Captioning. If I then launch the MLB.tv app and start a game, there are captions. If I then exit back out to my system settings, closed captioning has been turned on. I can manually turn them
off and save the settings, but if I re-launch MLB.tv they are turned on again. This is not happening for any other app or Xbox Video.

I have tried deleting the system cache as well as deleting and re-downloading my profile. Any suggestions?

MLB App Problems

They released an update or something? I don't see it.

I have another thread on here I'm not getting a response to. Does anybody have an issue with no sound on the MLB.TV app? Sound works everywhere on Xbox One except for the MLB.TV app. I can hear when I move around within the app, but the actual game sound
is muted. I've tried turning closed captioning on and off but can't get the volume to enable. Please help!

NFL App

Not able to turn off the Closed Captioning (cc) on the NFL app. Very Annoying with the delayed wording running across the screen and blocking the Video feed. Does anyone know how to disable the Closed Captioning feature in the NFL App?

Push A during a live game and scroll over to cc. Click on it and it should turn off cc.

Thanks! That does work in the app, however upon exiting the system setting will still have been changed to on. I guess the system setting doesn't much matter if each app you use has individual control, but it still seems like a bug to me.

I am having this same problem with MLB.TV, I change the settings and restart the app but the Captioning is still on. I cannot get it to turn off. This seems to be the only app I have problems with this.

Okay I think I found a fix. Go into the Youtube App in Xbox 360 and find a video with closed captions. I just searched "closed caption" and chose the first video. Closed captions automatically came on, so I pressed "A" and went to "CC" on the option bar
and clicked to turn captions off.

Went into Gamecenter Live and the captions were gone!
