    My son is trying to play MLB the Show online in Diamond Dynasty and continues to get an error message that says a setting must be changed to allow this. I’ve change security/privacy setting to teen by that doesn’t seem to do it. He does have any xbox gold account and is able to play friends online in other games.

    I’m also having the same issue. He is linked on my family account and I have him set as an adult, but are still unable to play diamond dynasty in the show.

    This seems to be an issue with account that are part of a greater family account. My step son is a part of my family to limit his play after a certain time of night - and this seems the be the only correlation with why his account doesn’t work for the show 21 online.

    Other online game’s work fine, but there seems to be something the game doesn’t like about family managed accounts.

    This is his favorite game, can we get assistance with this?

    Hello there!

    In order to change your son's online settings, you need to first make sure that his child account is added to Microsoft family with an adult account managing its settings.

    I was told by a Microsoft Rep if you got the MLB The Show 21 Jackie Robinson Deluxe Disc version the add-on code won't work until 4/20. What time on 4\20 I don't know.

    Seems like those that got MLB the Show Jackie Robinson Edition Digital version was able to get the add-on content because it was tied to the MLB The Show 21 game code.

    So we paid extra to get that MLB The Show New Era Cap and play the regular version of MLB The Show 21 four days early. SMH
