MLB The Show game pass not working

Try to reinstall the game with your Antivirus turned off, if that doesn't help. Please try the following fixes.

Step 1
- Go to Xbox.com and click Sign In.
- If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help to resolve them. - If you can't go beyond the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

Step 2
- Click the Windows + I keys
- Click on Time and Language
- Under Date & Time, verify that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.
If the error still persists, try the next step.

Step 3
- Click the Windows + I keys
- Click on Accounts
- Browse to the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove.
- Then go back to Xbox app and reconnect with the Microsoft account you just removed.

You obviously weren't paying attention at all when you wrote this. This is about CLOUD GAMING, so there is nothing to REINSTALL.

I have been dealing with this same issue for weeks, and the real problem is that the local save data is going missing or corrupt when the game closes. At first, logging off and back in was fixing the issue, but now that doesn't work, and the problem has gotten even worse as now my SERVER SIDE data has been lost as well.

Essentially, your app is screwing us out of our saves, making us owning the gamepass completely pointless.

This needs to be fixed, and I'd really appreciate it if someone who actually takes the time to read the category of question they are responding to would help instead of whoever this idiot is. Seriously, even if you didn't read the question, how did you see "Xbox Cloud Gaming" as the title and think "OH, I know, just REINSTALL THE GAME"?

Hmm... What I mean is: Is Game Pass required to play MLB The Show 21, even if I purchased it?

Both the Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X versions of MLB The Show 24 are still included in Game Pass for Console and Game Pass Ultimate. For your reference, both of the games' listings have the "Included with Game Pass" button:

The triangle symbol normally means the system hasn't detected an active license for the game. Are other games also displaying this symbol?

I was told by a Microsoft Rep if you got the MLB The Show 21 Jackie Robinson Deluxe Disc version the add-on code won't work until 4/20. What time on 4\20 I don't know.

Seems like those that got MLB the Show Jackie Robinson Edition Digital version was able to get the add-on content because it was tied to the MLB The Show 21 game code.

So we paid extra to get that MLB The Show New Era Cap and play the regular version of MLB The Show 21 four days early. SMH
