MLB The Show -- Download Issues

Standard Edition MLB The Show for Xbox One (not the hard copy). It won't finish downloading and stops at 58.6% each time, and says "installed" and "ready to play" but doesn't let me play past the Dodgers/Rays game. I've contacted Xbox Support and they had me uninstall, and reinstall twice already. I let it download 4+ hours each time, the last one being overnight, and it stops at the same point each time. It is not an internet issue. I soft reset my Xbox, so it's not an Xbox issue. Can somebody help me?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Thank you for your response. I tried all the steps you listed, and I tried all the steps listed in the troubleshoot link you provided. Still stops at 58.6% every time. Shows as "ready to start" even though it's only 26.65 GB of 45.46 GB downloaded. Still says "game installed" under the manage app screen.

Just the full game but voucher code reddems from my understanding should give dlc and it said when I put the code in and everything, mlb the show 21 Xbox one notmlb the show 21 5,000 stubs. note: mlb the show 21 was downloaded to my console by disc

Alright that did not fix it...is next step same but deleting all games cause that's a step too far to fix 1 game for me

Too many other games n also game I am having issues with I am not willing to just start over

How does this even happen I played game on a Friday then tried to play Sunday n was messed up...did an update come on Saturday the 17th of July?
