MLB the show 21 voucher for 5000 stubs isn't showing in game

Preordered MLB the show 21 that came with a voucher code for 5000 stubs inside box. I redeemed it in store on my Xbox one S console and it downloaded a file. It shows in my orders also but isn't showing it in the game.
