So all of a sudden my game when I load it it gets to the login screen then when I login it dims to a dull color n when I try to play the timing is super off...I changed nothing in settings after first 129 games of franchise but now all modes are unplayable...only thing I can think of is when you exit game n go to Home if you go right back into same game next time you play a game you will be logged out of servers...usually I back out to home load a diff game then reload Mlb n it's all good but game is dull looking like it is then all the time now....its a digital download I bought on pre-order and it's now useless....if I have to lose my season it's almost still useless if I could even fix it but I have uninstalled n reinstalled game multiple times n it's always essentially unplayable now...how do I fix if u even understand my problem n does it include deleting my profile cause I dont really wanna do that either....spend a good amount of money on games but now I feel ripped off so please help me fix it

Alright that did not fix it...is next step same but deleting all games cause that's a step too far to fix 1 game for me

Too many other games n also game I am having issues with I am not willing to just start over

How does this even happen I played game on a Friday then tried to play Sunday n was messed up...did an update come on Saturday the 17th of July?

I'm sorry about the situation! My best advice would be to report it to the developers as it is the only game failing!

The first step in resetting an Xbox One is to open the main menu. This can be accomplished in one of two ways: Press the home button on your Xbox One controller. This is the illuminated button with a stylized X that is centrally located on the front of the controller near the top. Alternately, you can press the left bumper until you reach the home tab, and then press left on the d-pad. Press down on the d-pad until you reach the gear icon.

Press the A button to select the gear icon. With all settings highlighted, press the A button again to open the settings menu. Press down on the d-pad until you reach System. Press the A button to open the System submenu. With console info highlighted, press the A button again.

Press down on the d-pad to select reset console.

Press the A button to select Reset and keep my games & apps. Then press the A button. This is the less thorough of the two options, as it only resets the Xbox One firmware and settings without touching your games and apps.

Try this first, as it allows you to avoid downloading everything all over again.
