MLB App Problems

Lots of issues with this app make it unusable. 1. Random skipping ahead or back. In Reds/Mets tonight, would skip ahead 2 hours without warning. Also, skips back 5 seconds repeatedly. Also have had situation where video would not go past a certain point.
2. No useful way to navigate in game like in 360 version Need jumps to inning starts or at least 15 min jumps. Or need display of video during fast forward. 3. Need option to hide scores. Pointless to have "start from beginning" if the menu choice shows the
score. 4. 360 version is great and has all of this plus split screen. Make it like that.

MLB.TV app problem

This app has had issues since day one. A pathetic attempt by MLB for an app. Still not split screen option, every game watched during commercial break, the app just stops working, causing me to reload the app to continue watching my game. Typical MLB
though, that is what they do. Get your money, give you a crap app.

 

NFL App

I just need an app for International Game Pass. Every major league (MLB,NBA,NHL) has an app on XBOX

 

Just discovered that the Xbox 360 version has removed these features as well. Terrible. Willfully making a product worse.

 

Same problems here. Zero problems streaming Netflix or Amazon.

Also - I've had some feeds work relatively well, but the SNY Mets feed is ALWAYS skipping around on me.

 

This is indeed the worst way to watch MLB.TV. The desktop computer browser functions with next def and multiple game screens and even the Android app beat this Xbone One app by far. What an embarrassment, especially considering how long we had to wait for
this.

I can't even see who is playing. There are score-lines on my screen but the links to the team logo pictures are broken. Before the game has started you can figure it out because they show you the names of the starting pitcher with the team tag - but once
the game has started it is complete guess work.

Does anybody else have this problem?

Really, starting to regret buying Xbox One. The RBI baseball game has also been released on other consoles but not Xbox One.

 

What did Microsoft do to break this app? Last season it worked fine. This year I can't skip innings, can't view highlights, can't hide scores, and the playback constantly freezes!! I didn't pay mlb to get lousy product.

 

Uninstalled from my xbox. This is why we pay for Xbox live service?

 

The option for Hide Scores doesn't work. It is selected but the main screen opens with scores showing. Also still need navigation in-game. Too many times the app exits to the main screen then going back to the game you are at the start.

 

My app on Xbox One always says I am blacked out if I try to watch the Rangers, Astros, Royals, or Cardinals and I live in northern Kansas. I am not blacked out if I use my Sony TV App or iPad, just on Xbox One. I contacted mlb support and they cannot figure
it out. Hopefully the xbox app developers can fix it soon. I have been an MLB.tv subscriber since the first year it came out and should only be blacked out of the Royals.

 

When will this app be updated? I am fine with watching my local team after the fact, but not if I see the score! Also we want highlights available. I would not have paid for premium if I knew I'd have to watch everything live or on a laptop.

 

Just asked about this in a microsoft chat and he told me to contact mlb. guess ill just buy a chromecast
