MK11 Ultimate with No DLC sheet?

For a Christmas Present my girlfriend bought me the New Xbox Gen X. Of course she wanted to get me a couple games, one of which was MK11 Ultimate. To my surprise there was nothing in the case besides 2 discs despite it being brand new in the wrapper. I
didjt think much of it, since one was labeled gane disc and the other was labeled data disc. I thought maybe all the DLC stuff was on this data disc since its a dual disc pack. It wasnt.... after reading some articles online i think i was supposed to have
some sort of Game slip inside the case with a code on it. What do i do now?

I bought the dlc on the game pass section, I have game pass ultimate

The titles where mk11 the joker, terminator, sindel, nightwolf, Shang stung, and spawn

I have an Xbox series s

And I’m not trying to play it on multiplayer

The DLC will be in your ‘ready to install’ in your Games & apps when it becomes available.

MK11 may also prompt you to update the game when the DLC becomes available.

I would suggest going to the ‘Home’ screen on your xbox console and “Quit” the game MK11. By doing this, the game may prompt you to download the DLC once you launch the game again.

Follow-up. I tried installing MK11 with all DLC to the internal drive instead of the external. No difference.

from where you're trying to donwload the DLCs?

from the store or from the game sheet?
