Mk11 base game downloaded just fine, But mk11 stops downloading at 96.9% and the dlc gives...

The DLC will be in your ‘ready to install’ in your Games & apps when it becomes available.

MK11 may also prompt you to update the game when the DLC becomes available.

I would suggest going to the ‘Home’ screen on your xbox console and “Quit” the game MK11. By doing this, the game may prompt you to download the DLC once you launch the game again.

Have you gone to "my games and apps" highlight MK11 and checked for any add ons there? It should be there to download.

It should be under add ons on mk11 otherwise see game on xbox market and check it under preorder bonuses it should let you download the item
