    MJ Daily Challenges - goes to 'ad' but no 'ad' downloads and it remains on a white screen ...


    For the past 3 days I can't open MJ Daily Challenges. When I click on any puzzle it goes to the screen normally displaying and 'ad' however the 'ad' never loads and it stays on this white screen forever.

    What do I need to do to get MJ working again?

    Screen goes white and freezes!

    I've loved MS MJ for several years but just the past few days when I click on a daily puzzle the screen goes to white (where an ad is usually displayed). It will then flash "loading" then back to white and stay there.....I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
    it and while it helped that day (yesterday) it is back to the same problem today!! Help, I miss my daily MJ puzzle "fix"!

    White Blank Screen!

    What's happening with the Daily Challenges ? The game opens ok, but when the small ad goes to run (if you're not a premiere client), the screen freezes, goes white, and wont go any further.

    When will this be fixed?

    Same here. Never downloads the daily challenges. But the ads download perfectly...lol

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    When I try to play daily challenge on my android phone, an ad pops up full screen and there is no way to x out the ad and the back button does nothing. The ad never goes away and I am unable to play even after closing program and reopening. I uninstalled
    the game and reinstalled it and it worked for a few days and then the same problem started again.

    It's the Lexus ADS... either remove them or replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of constantly trying to replay daily challenges in Jigsaw!The ads are just too big to download & that's why it's hanging up & not loading!

    Same issue, different ad: on load of first daily challenge game, an Oral-B ad plays but when the ad ends the app crashes/closes.
