Mixpots missing, but watched both in full on Mixer

Hello, I watched both E3 Presentations, the Full MS Conference and the Inside Xbox Presentation the following day, in full (from pre-start to post-finish) on Mixer and received only the 3 days of 'Gold' access for World of Tanks rather than the full Mixpot.

I don't really care about most of the other items, but would like my copy of Outer Wilds, especially as I missed on on some Mixpot rewards (The game, No Time To Explain) last year by waiting too long to chase up their non-arrival.

I contacted MS support after seeing no responses being given on here to anyone posting about their missing content (responses may have been done privately), but was directed back here by a member of staff who was clueless about the Mixpots.

Any and all help much appreciated

DID NOT Get My MIXPOT Reward please can you Fix.

Mixpot - didn't receive The Final Station

I watched the E3 briefing live on Mixer last Sunday and didn't receive the Mixpot.

It's missing "The Final Station".

This content is automatically applied to the Microsoft Account you watched the stream with. Be sure to check the Microsoft Commerce page while signed-in to find the Outer wilds,
E3 2018 MixPot Classic Helmet REQ Pack & Exclusive E3 Gears of War skin attached to your account.

If you see that content there, you are all set!

Im adding to the discussion as well. I received the second mixpot (for watching Inside XBOX) but have not received the E3 Conference mixpot. I was signed in on the console and through the Mixer app on mobile. Both streams were watched from beginning to end.
My Microsoft account is linked to Mixer.

If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit xbox.com/mixpothelp.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after the stream is over
with more details regarding your MixPot.

Note Inquiries into missing content must be initiated within two weeks of the live streaming event in order to be investigated.
