Mixpot Wasn't Issued - Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock

- Tuned into "mixer.com/xbox" 10 minutes prior to the stream on April 16th @ 5pm (est )for this MixPot due to possible limited quantities.

- Verified 8 minutes before the stream that I was successfully signed into my Microsoft Account that I both purchased and play the game under.

- Verified 8 minutes before the stream that my Microsoft Account that I both purchased and play the game under was successfully linked to mixer.com (you can tell because the button read "Un-link your Microsoft Account" once it was successfully linked.

- Watched the entire stream from beginning to end. I only closed my web browser after the 30+ minute stream had officially concluded.

- Waited one week for my Flinklock pistol to show up in my inventory and have yet to see it.

Before creating this post I have:

- Read several posts both here and on the Rare forums for Sea of Thieves that many others are having this same issue.

- Have also read in the same places that it seems to have mostly affected those who turned in before the live stream began (like I did).

- Have logged into my Microsoft account, gone to Billing/Payments, then Order History, and the page is completely blank.

I then followed the instructions per "https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/xbox-mixpot-faq#081a50055b004918a13e030c4900e8fe"
to come here and create a post regarding this issue to have it resolved. If someone from Xbox Support could please contact me regarding this to explain what has happened, that would be great.

Sorry to hear you did not receive the Ebon Flintlock for watching the Mixer stream. You will want to review the Xbox Mixpot FAQ page. As it states,
Mixpot rewards are limited and not guarenteed to all viewers.

Keep an eye out on the forums though. It sounds like the Moderators may be posting the rewards status soon.

I read all of that before hand, and the way it reads does not say this particular promotion was limited. The wording is very vague as to whether or not each promotion is limited. So until someone from Microsoft says it was limited to the first X many users,
then I am justified in saying I should have it.

Furthermore, Rare advertised it more or less as a guaranteed item if you watched the stream on both their public forums and Twitter page.

The community needs to know whether this is intentional or if their was a technical issue that prevented the item from delivery.

I'm very much in the same boat! (No pun intended) - Hoping it gets resolved as soon as possible though and will keep an eye on the forums. Will this be stickied or can a link be provided when available?

The best thing to do is wait for your items to show up and if they never arrive, then you should contact support about this issue.
