Mixpot - Sea of Thieves - Huntress figurehead not given

Hey there,

im posting this question because i watched the stream of xbox during gamescom but i did not receive my huntress figurehead in Sea of Thieves yet. i read somewhere that i might have to wait up to 1 week for it to be granted but it has already been much longer
than that. Is there any way for me to get it now?

Haven't received huntress figurehead

I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet

i Watched the Inside Xbox livestream on August 21th to get the Huntress

Figurehead, but have not yet received it? It should already be on my

account.o (Sea of Thieves)

 

The best thing to do with MixPots is to contact the Support forums for SoT, and you will find the steps you need to take, as many people have reported not receiving the MixPot. I believe you just add your details onto the forum thread and they get back
to you with the information.

 

The support forums will tell you to come to here and/or microsoft support. Microsoft support will tell you to send a report to mixer staff, and they will direct you here.

Mixer support:

"Thank you for contacting Mixer!

The awarding of your Mixpot item is not immediate.

If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit xbox.com/mixpothelp.

If you qualified for Mixpot you will see something similar to this on your Mixer.com homepage

You can then check for the install on your Xbox One > My Games and Apps > Games > *pick the game of the item* > menu button > manage game & add-ons > ready to install

or, you will have a direct message from Xbox Live, in your Xbox Live message inbox.

Please also keep in mind that these are being awarded out in "waves" and all waves have not been distributed yet.

I just provided my gamertag. Hopefully they will be able to fix the issue.
