Mixpot - Sea of Thieves - Huntress figurehead has still not arrived!

I watched the entire stream logged in with my account on Mixer, but I didn't receive the figurehead. I opened my Mixer account well before the stream so its not that, and I watched the entire stream from start to finish. Now
I've waited an extra long time and read all the posts, but I still haven't received it. Can you let me know if I'll be getting it? I keep getting passed around, It would be upsetting to miss out on it as I play the game a lot, and looked forward to sailing
the high seas with it. I also stayed up especially late to watch it (I'm in Australia) and my gf was super angry with me for not going to bed! - I don't want that to be for nothing!

Haven't received huntress figurehead

I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet

I have a new question. I have my own account but I share sea of thieves with my son account.I watched the video for the figurehead under my name and account and got this message at the end . Will I still be getting the figurehead in my account or did i
screw myself out of the figurehead by watching under my name?

I've yet to receive my Huntress Figurehead as well even though Mixer says it's now mine, I have nothing in my order history about it.

 

Hi, if you mean my Microsoft order history, no there is nothing there. This is super frustrating, and I don't know what to do now. Feel a bit screwed is there anything I can do?

 

Same thing happened to me. I watched the gamescom 2018 stream with my Microsoft linked account. I watched this stream on the Xbox channel from start to finish too. I started watching before the stream started to prepare
and I didn’t comment at all, so I’m not sure if it was not counted for some reason. But it should still be counted. They should check to see that I was indeed watching the stream because I was supposed to get the huntress figurehead. Its been weeks already.
Please help microsoft.

Try to go to: Sign in to your Microsoft account

On the page you need to login with your Microsoft account (same as you've used for the mixer stream and your xbox).

look for orders that have been made in late August (in my case the 20th).

In my history I have the following order:

 

Tried looking and i dont have it. They just simply havent given it to me yet.

 

In the past they had sent a message through XBL. I never got one and didn’t think to check billing but there it is. Thank you.
