    Mixpot rewards weren't given to me.


    Hi! After two different support chats with Xbox support, I was told to post here and that this is where I would be best served. I watched the Xbox e3 presentation on Mixer, but have yet to get my mixpot rewards. At first I was
    told that rewards were still being given out, and that I should just wait, but then after anther week of waiting I still have yet to receive anything. Any help on the subject would be awesome!

    I talked to them again and they were confident that this is where I should be. I don't know what's going on.

    Since that was not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Support in the other forum will be able to. At one point both forums were combined so phone/chat support tend to still send people here.
    Okay. Thank you again. I posted in the other forums when you told me earlier, so hopefully someone will stop by and help out soon.
