    Mixpot Rewards Missing - Flintlock Pistol


    I watched the Sea of Thieves pre-launch stream on Mixer back when the game launched. I was supposed to receive a Mixpot reward for watching the stream but I have never received the Flintlock pistol.

    I see that there are content distribution issues and wanted to get this issue looked into. I never received any messages from Xbox and the skin is not available in my customizations.

    We understand the frustration but we're afraid codes for that MixPot are no longer being sent out. Please see our
    MixPot FAQ under "What if I watched the Xbox Live stream event on Mixer but didn't receive my MixPot?" for more info on that.

    I watched the Mixer event for the Sea of Thieves pre-launch and should have received the Mixpot containing the Flintlock pistol but it is not in my game rewards.

    Can you please provide me with a code for this content?

    Heya!

    You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.

    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs may have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

    To confirm if you qualified for the content be sure to sign into your
    Commerce page     and search for the Ebon Flintlock item.
