Mixpot not received

Hello,

Despite tuning in to the E3 briefing live on Mixer I never received my Mixpot. My accounts were properly linked as I received the one from last year, and I did check my account order history to be sure it was not there. I was properly logged in and participating
in chat, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
