Mixpot Mixup (hehe) with rewards

So on March 10th, I streamed the insider xbox video on my iphone xbox app. I haven't yet received my rewards Anubis Skin for my Smite Game, and the Ebon Flintlock Pistol for the Sea of Thieves Beta. One of my friends already got his items, and it's been
a week so I thought I would have gotten mine by now. Is there something else I need to do or a form I need to fill out to get the rewards? Thanks for your help! -Brad

Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

Hi,

I haven't received my Mixpot reward for the outer wilds but i have recieved some of the other mixpot rewards. Are they still rolling out?

The MixPot FAQ mentions that "You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event" - as the stream was on 3/10/2018, your code should arrive by the end of today (3/17), so it may still be on its way to you. If
you still haven't seen that code arrive in your Xbox Live messages by tomorrow, please reply back here and we'll be happy to continue taking a look with you.

MixPot rewards take a couple of weeks. They are not an instant reward.
