Mixpot issue

I watched the entire e3 inside xbox but never receved thr mixpot reward. I mainly wanted the halo helmet pack. I have not received rewards for at least the last two events even after i make sure i am logged in and even comment in chat to make sure

When will i receive my mixpot?

I've watched the E3 briefing and haven't received the mixpot, customer support was only able to issue the Mixpot bundle code, and was unable to issue the remaining and referred me here.

The Mixpot rewards is only for people who have watched inside Xbox and E3 with their mixer account. Please make a different thread for your current issues separate from Mixpot because Mixpot seems to be not your issue.

Does it show up on your Order History page (Sign in to your Microsoft account)?

 

Is everyone who watched entitled to a reward? I’ve not received notifications either but there are many in my purchase history.
