Mixpot game and Halo Wars DLC never arrived

Discus and support Mixpot game and Halo Wars DLC never arrived in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Generic Support request response told me to come here.     Mixpot game and Halo Wars DLC never arrived


    Generic Support request response told me to come here.

    Still no sign of the Goat Simulator game nor the Halo Wars DLC, though I got messages informing me of the others being added to my account. I don't really care about the Halo Wars 2 DLC to be honest, as like Warframe and Forza 7 I don't own the game that
    it is for -it's only the game license for Goat Simulator that I am both missing and would like to own.

    I can mail you a screenshot showing I have no Goat Simulator game, that I am being told to buy it.

    I haven't received one of my MixPot rewards after waiting a week

    Watched the Game Awards and received the mixer notifications for the "Warframe Prestige Pack DLC" and "Forza Motorsport 7 unique driver suit" on 9 December. I already have the "Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader" from the E3 Mixpot.

    As of today I still have not received the final Mixpot reward "Goat Simulator".

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Microsoft offered a Mixpot reward if players tuned into the official Xbox Mixer channel to watch Xbox E3 Briefing. This reward was to include "a whole MixPot of digital goodness", namely games and DLC.

    •Rare Replay (full game download)

    •Halo Wars 2 "Kinsano Leader Pack" (with special bonus of 3 Blitz Packs for Xbox One players)

    •Minecraft: Xbox One Edition "Redstone Specialists Skin Pack"

    •Forza Horizon 3 "Halo Warthog"

    •HAWKEN "Starter Pack"

    •No Time To Explain (full game download)

    •The Final Station (full game download)

    Are these the contents that you are referring to?

    No Mixpot Rewards

    They may still be rolling these rewards out, Mine arrived yesterday but over a period of 8 hours, with each bit of content arriving about every two hours. The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them to be seen on your account.

    Remember they may also be limited to 1 Million viewers , and the in game content may only be seen if you are in games (Ie the Halo Helmet appears in the Req section of Halo 5 not on your Xbox dashboard
