    unfortunately I have not yet received the skin in promotion , I connected on March 22nd in the
    Mixer | Interactive Livestreaming channel, but I have not received anything yet

    Hey CuoreMatto87! Double check your order history and see if its listed. You may not see it in game quite yet but Rare is working to resolve that as soon as possible. For more information

    Hey Blackhawk0450! If you launch Smite, are you able to see the skins that were included in the MixPot rewards? If so, you will have received the Sea of Thieves flintlock skin as well. Post back and let us know!

    To check, when you view your Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)?

    Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the item there?
