MixerPot and Black Dog

I have redeemed the code on March 27th and I have yet to see the Black Dog outfit in my inventory, I've waited 9 days since I'm just constantly getting thrown into a loop. I've also joined the Mixer Live Stream to obtain the Ebony Flintlock Pistol and was
watching the stream from the time it started til the time it ended and I haven't even obtained that as well. I dunno how long it'll take, but I'm hoping I'd get both soon because I've waited this long and have sent 3-4 tickets and even posted on here a few
days ago.

Hello I watched the MixerPot Stream for Sea of Thieves and im reading people already have it but it doesnt show up for me ingame like others say. Please help me.

Did not receive all of the E3 Mixpot Rewards

To clarify further, where did you pre-order the game? Was that a digital or a disc copy of the game?

If you pre-ordered a physical copy of the game from a participating third party retailer, you'll want to reach out to that retailer directly with any inquiries about the code they provided with it.
