Mixer stuck at agree to TOS

So, Mixer was working fine this morning, I was able to stream as per normal, but then all of a sudden, when I hit broadcast, it throws up the TOS agreement, I hit I agree and it tells me something went wrong, try broadcasting again later. I've tried multiple
times now, and its the same error message over and over

Happened to me today. Signed off and on and had to agree to new TOS.

Personally, I think these games are worse than COD. At least CODs fast action keeps you on your toes and add a slight change in level design mixes thing up a little.....but AC...it's just climb this or that and running, and chase this guy or that guy.

For anyone with the same problem as this, I was able to fix it by unlinking and linking my Microsoft account again

The 'warning' is the ToS you agreed to when signed up.

Mixer will do this on occasion i think its mostly a bug, its almost like the service doesnt fully detect that you are streaming so I just end the stream and restart it and generally that works. Now with the new changes to the ToS that go into effect september
4th i believe you have to log in on pc and go to your profile and then to the broadcast dashboard and watch the video about streaming on mixer regarding safety and then accept the ToS at the end and you will be good to stream.
