mixer sound overlap

hi,when i watch a stream and sound and picture is good.once i back out of that stream to watch someone else the sound from first stream is overlapping new stream.even when i close out of mixer to home screen and come back it sometimes still there. even tried
rb directly into mixer from home still it persists .contacted mixer ,told to hard reset,did that ,still happens.ideas??

Hi, I've had the same issue.

The only way I could get this to stop happening was to quit out of the App from the dashboard, then launch another app/game then go back to the Mixer App.

I know this is not ideal but it is the only method I have found to work, also report this bug on the Mixer website via the following link: Mixer | Interactive Livestreaming this should help get this bug squished.

If the issues persist, I would recommend clearing system cache and/or run a soft

Factory reset, Keep Games and Apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling
the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything
as a last resort.
