    It's actually a very understandable choice, since there is not an actual implementation for Xbox and Facebook Gaming, but I'm positive that it will change in the future, and maybe you and many others, will consider to take a look a that platform

    Why is mixer not appearing at all on my xbox out of no where when it used to be on till i realised that the broadcast option vanished?

    That's odd then. Mixer is shutting down in a few days though so maybe they are starting to shut it down early for everyone.

    Mixer is shutting down on the 22nd so they've been rolling out a removal.
