Mixer seems to not be working with my 4k tv

I recently bought a Samsung 6900 43 inch 4k tv and set up the cables with a 4k switch. Most everything seemed fine till I tried to use mixer and my TV said "Changing your tv settings for a better UHD experiance" except that that enhanced experiance leaves
me with the tv showing "no signal".

So far I've had to fully shutdown my xbox and re-seat my hdmi cable to get a picture up (funny that it can try to "enhance my experiance" but there is no "un-enhance whatever you did" option.

Any idea what is going on and how to make my tv play nice with mixer.

If your console is Xbox One X, chances are, there may not be an issue for it.

power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out and let us know the results.

Sorry my xbox is an xbox one x in 4k mode on the tv and on the xbox one x.

Did that already that's how I ended up finding out my original 1080p hdmi switch was under powered for 4k. So far evey other app I've used seems to have no issue that hasn't fixed itself and come back up to a picture.

Troubleshoot 4K and HDR guide hopefully these will help with the problem you are having on your console.
