    Mixer section in Start Menu is empty


    Hello,

    Since the last few days Mixer section in Start Menu is empty as seen on the photo below:

    I've tried rebooting Xbox One, logging off and on. It does not seem to resolve the issue.

    What can I do to fix this?

    Haven’t received e3 Mixpot 2018

    I watched the entire E3 briefing on my Xbox through mixer logged into my Microsoft account and have not received my mix pot yet. I know I was there before the 1 million limit wasn’t passed because I was there start to finish and my friend didn’t start watching
    until the gears of war section and he recieved his mixpot! Please help!!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with the Mixer section, however we believe this to be resolved now. Go ahead and power cycle your console, and then try it again. Let me know if you run into further issues! Mixer section in Start Menu is empty :)

    You can go to the video in your recent captures from the mixer section of the guide menu, go to the video thumbnail and press start ( 3 horizontal lines) and upload to the clod by selecting the cloud image. You can try these steps.

    If you press the Xbox button on your controller and the menu opens up, scroll across to the settings tab and click on the audio section. Alter the 'headset chat mixer' to the icon that looks like an Xbox controller and it should hopefully work!
