Have you already checked if you can change his DOB on the site. If not try changing it to something else then back to see if the toggle fixed it.

nothing can be done from the forums. and contacting mixer is the only option for you. really sorry you are having trouble being in the right place. i would keep on trying with mixer. you could also check your Microsoft account to make sure you have
no restrictions.

Hello! do you have any type of restrictions on your account? Did you try to removed your account from mixer and add it again?

Mixer broadcasting via the Xbox is restricted to 720p and 30FPS. If you want to stream at higher resolution, you need to get a capture card and stream through a PC.
