Mixer MixPot The Game Awards 2018

So myself and my nephew both watched The Game Awards here in Australia live on our Surface Pro laptops. Each of us logged in with our own account. Sadly neither of us have received the Mixpot rewards (I believe to be a Sea of Thieves cosmetic) Whilst many
friends of ours who were also watching TGA received their Mixpot and also a message to say thanks for watching and that unfortunately they were not a winner of the Battlefield: V competition.

It's a little disappointing we haven't even received the Sea of Thieves DLC from the Mixpot but what's more concerning is if it hasn't even recorded us as watching on the day, even though we watched the entirety of the event including the before and after
show, then we were never in the running to win a copy of Battlefield: V anyway.

Obviously these rewards are just that a bonus for watching already great content, and by no means am I being entitled and demanding them, it's just a little annoying to know we probably weren't entered into the competition in the first place.
