Mixer mixpot reward

I watched the Xbox mixer stream for sea of thieves a few days ago and I sat through the whole 8 hour stream, and I still have not received a code for the promo pistol that was offered for the stream. I had linked my Xbox account with my mixer account for
the stream so that I would be able to receive the pistol reward, but have not received a code for the pistol yet. I know that it was said that we’d receive the promo code in 7 days or less and was just wondering what the situation was with that, it’s only
been 5-6 days so far, but I was hoping that someone could shed some light on the subject since it’s almost been the full 7 days and I’m worried I might not get the reward after watching the whole stream for 8 hours. If anyone could help with this matter it
would be greatly appreciated.

Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

Watched the whole mixer stream and didn't receive the mixpot reward skin?

The Mixpot rewards is only for people who have watched inside Xbox and E3 with their mixer account. Please make a different thread for your current issues separate from Mixpot because Mixpot seems to be not your issue.

Xbox MixPot FAQ

During some of the Xbox Live streaming events on Mixer, we’ll be rewarding viewers by giving away MixPots, These MixPots will vary by event and can include different games and downloadable content (DLC) for each event.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after the stream is over
with more details regarding your MixPot.

How does the MixPot work?

Here’s how it works:

Watch the Xbox Live stream on Mixer: You can watch the live streaming event using the Mixer app on Xbox One, any web browser at http://www.mixer.com/xbox,
or the Mixer app on iOS or Android devices.
Sign in to Mixer using your Microsoft account: You must be signed in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.
For existing Mixer accounts, link your Mixer account to your Microsoft account: To learn how to link your existing Mixer account to your Microsoft account (the account you use to sign in to Xbox Live), see Mixer
account to your Microsoft account. Your account must be linked to receive the MixPot.
Get your stuff! After the event, we’ll announce the games or DLC that will be coming your way as part of the MixPot.

Hi, Mixer Mixpot rewards are usually put straight onto the account if you have done everything you are asked to do to get the reward. You will also get a notification when the reward has been given to you.

Sorry to hear you did not receive the Ebon Flintlock for watching the Mixer stream. You will want to review the Xbox Mixpot FAQ page. As it states,
Mixpot rewards are limited and not guarenteed to all viewers.

Keep an eye out on the forums though. It sounds like the Moderators may be posting the rewards status soon.
