Mixer Mixpot issues! (Second Post)

I made a post on here 5 days ago about missing Mixer Mixpot rewards, after viewing The Game Awards via the mixer app on Xbox One. I promptly received a response and was told I should be expecting an Xbox Live message from support.
The message I received included a code for content pertaining to Halo (a game I do not own) but none of the actual Mixer Mixpot rewards. Is there somthing I'm missing here? Other friends that tuned in, the same as I did, received the items I was looking forward
to such as Warframe in-game currency, and an exclusive cosmetic item.

The Mixpot rewards is only for people who have watched inside Xbox and E3 with their mixer account. Please make a different thread for your current issues separate from Mixpot because Mixpot seems to be not your issue.

No code received, account was linked, watched it live, checked mixer notifications, xbox messages, and redemption history.

I was able to verify that you received multiple codes in your Xbox Live message inbox. Check for your conversation with 'Xbox Live' and ensure all of the codes were redeemed. In regards to the Halo add-on, that is one of the four MixPot rewards.
