    It won't start. Also, I linked my Live Account to Mixer on my PC and watched the E3 Conference and was supposed to receive a game or DLC but didn't?

    i cant seem to change my email address on my xbox console but i cant as it keeps saying that my password is invalid but yet i use the same password when i log into my hotmail account and xbox live account on my pc so why cant i log in on my console pls help

    I can't log on to xbox live on my console it keeps saying invalid email or password even though its the right info im putting in plus i can sign into xbox live on laptop no problem.......im due to smash it up can anyone help????

    I was signed into xbox live with this Gamertag and watched with the mixer app. I don't have any other ones. But when i logged in mixer from my phone it made me make a new acc so now I'm confused. I thought since i was signed in xbox live that's all i needed
    to do.

    First, my account was logged out on the Xbox one app, then i go online and find out my player profile was removed from my console as if someone logged it out too. I log back in and try to play BO3, but it keeps saying "This account is not allowed to play
    live". I have gold membership until March 2016 and i barely got the console less than a month ago. Any solutions to fix this??

    You should of received it by now if you were logged into Mixer when watching the stream.

    How were you watching the stream, also is your Mixer account linked to your Xbox Live account?

    log out and log in on Mixer but if does not work. Than it take up to 24 hours to update your xbox gamer tag on Mixer.
