Mixer Http issue

Is the account in question a child's or adult's account? If its a child account you may want to change it to an adult account and give it a shot.

This has happened to me twice before, and factory resetting has helped neither time. I can't remember what was done the first time that worked, but it only was after I was on the phone for over 2 hours. I am trying to fix this yet again, just 6/7 months
after it happened last time.

I'm mobile right now, but i peek at the Mixer website for help.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to help your son broadcast.

A good start in relation to troubleshooting for this issue would probably be a power cycle of the console

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console.

If it did not resolve the issue, then the next thing I would try is what we call a soft reset.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.
