Mixer grayed out on the guide.

I have streamed with the Mixer integration since the beginning (when it was called Beam) using the integration in the guide. But now all my options are greyed out and I can't stream. I can only change the overlay.

I have contacted support through Twitter and did everything they said (i.e. delete and download again my profile, enable and disable streaming, etc.) but nothing worked.

I can stream with other profiles on my console and I can stream on my profile using Twitch, but Mixer continues to be greyed out. I have also unenrolled myself from the Preview Program because I heard that it was causing problems with streaming but even
that didn't work.

I will upload a picture to help understand the problem. I appreciate every help I can get.

Grayed out payment option

I was trying to buy a one month Xbox live membership when I realized that the Microsoft account for payment option was grayed out for some reason, I do have money in the account.

Does it take the money out automatically from the account or what?

Some options appear grayed out if you are using an accessory that takes advantage of the audio mixer functionality or if you are using hardware where audio adjustments are made on the hardware itself (for example, a Chatpad or some third-party headsets).

Check if there is no accessory that is using the audio mixer function and that is why they appear grayed out.

Tell me from which device are you using the headphones? Depending on that, we can guide you through some possible solutions.

Is your controller a first party MS controller, or a third party one?

Are you using any kind of headset adapter?

What kind of headset are you using? Just a regular wired headset plugged directly into the controller's 3.5mm socket?

Has it ever worked with this particular headset/controller combo?
