Also, adjusting via the mixer site helps as well.

If that fails, you may need to check for update or reinstall.

what i would of done is before Streaming if you had any Xbox Live Updates belong going Live on Mixer, but usually it should really closed down the Mixer Stream first Automatically while the Xbox is doing the update

myself i dont know this is a bug with Mixer or something else but must of Failed to End your stream while doing the Update at the sametime

clear the smartglass cache for the mixer app, and force close the app. if all else fails, try deleting and reinstalling the app. hope this helps,

about that issues sounds like Mixer Problem with Broadcasts Fail to Show but i always goes too the Mixers Status first if there are problems by going at https://status.mixer.com/ but if its not listed you can always
going to they Support at https://mixer.com/contact and see what they would say

well, with this promotion i had a hunch that this will be happening and printscreened my all xbox show with timestamps and such. Mixer support already "cant help with this issue" and redirecting to xbox live support, which does not working live now.

seems that some problem was with my mixer acc link to microsoft acc. after suggestion to unlink mixer from microsoft acc failed - "failed to link microsoft account - unknown error ocurred" i got answer that "It does looks like your account is linked properly"...
so, with the almaust year of waiting to get this skin im feeling bad for the technical issues that caused i do not have this skin...
