Mixer broadcasting privacy settings

I tried to stream on Mixer and i got the error message stating "To broadcast gameplay, you must allow it in Xbox Live privacy settings. Child accounts aren't allowed ti broadcast." The issue it that 1. It is allowed in my Xbox Live privacy settings, and
2. my account isn't a child account, although it has been previously. How can I fix this.

Broadcasting Problems

I just recently turned 18 and it still will not let me broadcast on mixer. I have changed my privacy settings to where it should allow me to but it doesn't work. This message always pops up: To broadcast gameplay, you must allow it in your Xbox live privacy
settings and the game your playing must also allow broadcasting.

I know the game allows broadcasting. Why can't I broadcast? Please help.

 

Webcam not showing up on XB1

I'm trying to set things up so I can stream using Mixer on my XB1, with a face-cam, since Mixer can use third-party webcams. The webcam I'm using is a Logitech C920. When setting up to broadcast with Mixer, I see the following alert: "Not all users have
given permission to use camera, please enable it in Xbox Live privacy settings." The problem is that, in my privacy settings, I've set "allowed" for broadcasting gameplay as well as sharing content with Kinect and other cameras.

I've got the webcam connected to my XB1, and as you can see I've got broadcasting and camera sharing allowed. So, why am I getting this alert saying "not all users have given permission." I really want to know what's wrong and what can be done.

Just try to reset your account privicy settings and then set it on adult account and re-allow the streaming for it.

 

I tried that a few times last night, it didn't seem to help. Are there specific instructions on how to do this? Maybe i messed something up.
