Mixer broadcast from Xbox One is blurry & lags.

I've been having this issue for about a week now. I used to stream with the exact same setup I have now. Same console, same cam, same headset, same internet, and so on. Never had issues before and this time around I do.

I've gone through loads of trouble shooting, by random articles and forum posts posted by other people with similar issues but not exact. I have also gone through a bunch of different Xbox Support guidelines + support chat and still without accomplishing
anything.

The problem is while streaming, I will be given randomly anywhere from 300 something, 720 or 1080 stream with 30fps that dips at times and has a short lag. While playing a game the screen will display a blurred version of what I am actually seeing in game
and my camera will also be blurred. Also, every couple of minutes my stream will very briefly pause (cam will reset as well) for a split second and come back on.

I am using a wired connection.

My network seems to be running flawlessly.

I have gone through my Internets settings various times with nothing making any positive changes.

I am sitting at 175mbps download & 75mbps upload

I can't seem to edit any options on the Xbox One or on Mixer to change what I display. I just don't understand what the problem is.

I have also tried not using my camera and also attempted to stream from my pc to see if there was any difference what so ever... None.

It doesn't seem to be the Xbox's issue. Nor Mixer's (I have to assume since everyone else's seems okay). Which leaves fingers pointing at my network. But it isn't my network!!!

Literally going nuts here haha

Where is the Broadcast going?

So i know how to cast from my xbox one to mixer. just press the home, go to broadcast and press it. Easy! it shows up on mixer...

But when i do Win G "game bar" to set up a broadcast...i dont know where it goes? it doesnt show up on mixer. Even if i stream my xbox to my pc THEN do the broadcast, where is it sent too? And its not under 10 min?

Are you streaming straight from the xbox or are you using a capture card throught a PC.

Hey Viper,

Thank you for reaching out. This could be a result of an inconsistent internet connection. Try running a

connection test by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

You can actually get more specific results by running the "Detailed network statistics" within the network settings. Let us know how it goes!

What is your upload speed? I'd recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps to ensure sufficient capacity is available. I used to have issues like that when I streamed direct from console on my 3 Mbps connection.
