    Hello, after the system update yesterday, mixer has appeared back in my games and apps, it doesn't open but the icon is there, what is going on. Also, there seems to be two stores now updating on my system since the new store became available, and I have
    some games appearing twice in my owned games, meet the robinsons is one of them, what is going on with xbox lately, and idea's ??

    Use, My games & apps. Open See all, use Apps to manage the Mixer app.

    Mixer is integrated into the Xbox experience. Depending on future updates, this may change.

    All I see when managing the Mixer app, is a category for Saved data.

    I wish I was able to remove the Mixer app from my xbox, I strongly dislike the new mixer app and have to use a computer to use Mixer now because the app has become so annoying.

    With the latest update the mixer app will be discontinued as mixer will be accessed through homepage instead of an app. Best part of doing this is it wont crash as its not an app anymore
    No you cannot remove it / delete it or disable it on xbox one.

    My console has the latest update (yesterdays update) and community and mixer is well and truly stuck in my games and apps with no way of disabling it or moving the tiles to another location or anything like that.

    As the main conversation here is why are we being forced with these apps.

    The reason for that is Mixer will be no more as of July 22nd. They will be moving that platform and merging with Facebook gaming. Xbox used Mixer formerly beam as the main streaming app, before that it was Twitch. Most will be going back or to Twitch for
    streaming including the ambassadors. You can download the Twitch app on your console. To stream you have to open the app first and mess with your pre stream settings then hit broadcast and return to the game of choice.
