Mix up in profiles

    Microsoft account/Xbox live profile mix up

    Hey there Coma! Just to clarify, there is a Gamertag, which you see here, and then a Microsoft Account, an email and password attached to it. Can you let us know exactly what combination you have and what you'd like it to be?

    Microsoft account/Xbox live profile mix up

    Hi guys, Im wondering if someone can help me, Im new to live and when setting up my Microsoft account I accidentally assigned it to my brothers Xbox live profile.

    is there a way to re assign it to my live profile?

    Mix up in profiles

    The system will only save it to one profile and there is no transfer between profiles for content.

    As for the Youtube bug i'd uninstall the app clear the cache / power cycle the console and re-install it

    It's happen in Xbox app for windows 10 ( none beta ) , Xbox app for android and Xbox.com profile. So I think it's something in servers not apps.

    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions     list and which country/region do you have your account set to? To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting
    from. Some features may not work properly, or at all.
