Mix pot req pack please?

Hey, I watched your mixer stream for my voices of war req pack while signed into this account on the championship Sunday in the halo WC.

I never received my req pack and it has been a full week, it was supposed to be delivered in that time but hasn't. Upon looking online I was directed to report it if I didn't get it. Which as I previously stated I didn't get it.

Help?

This happened on April 15 and at the time of my post it was the 22.nd. Currently it is the 24.th.
